Susan Gale is the founder of Gale Group International. For more than three decades, she has been one of South Florida's most recognized voices in commercial and luxury specialty real estate — with particular depth in boutique hospitality, branded residences, and the cross-border capital that deploys into Miami and Palm Beach.
Her hospitality track record includes the COMO Metropolitan Miami Beach, the Art Deco landmark she sold to JHSF as the foundation for the Fasano South Beach — one of the most defining luxury hotel transactions on Collins Avenue in the last decade. Her practice spans ocean-front hotels, development sites, trophy resort assets, and the private-capital mandates that shape the ultra-luxury segment in South Florida.
Susan serves as Executive Director of Commercial and Luxury Specialty Properties at ONE Sotheby's International Realty. Her leadership of the Florida desk and the firm's dual-market capital practice is the backbone of GGI's NY–FL advisory.
